SOLUTION: This card 100 is a service card issued by a card distributing company 103, and the customer having the card can receive the service by using the clients 104. A portable telephone 101 can be connected to the Internet 102, and the service that can be received with the card 100 from a server 103a, by using the portable telephone 101. The card distributing company 103 delivers the card 100 to the customer and is provided with a DB for storing information, that servers 103a provide with the telephone 101. The clients 104 makes contract on the contents that each offered service is given to a customer having the card 100, on the basis of contract money with the company 103 over a fixed period. |
