PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the arrangement of employees at site and keeping of deposit for specifying a person for lending which is required in conventional article rental business and service supply business. SOLUTION: A cellular phone, including PHS and a credit card which includes a debit card have a function for clearly indicating and proving a person who must pay any charges generated due to the use of them, namely, a person responsible for payment. The cellular phone, including PHS and the credit card including the debit card are hereinafter referred to as the 'cellular phone'. Since it is conceivable that the function itself of the cellular phone can be used to specify a borrower, when lending and the information that a lender can know by the cellular phone has the effect exceeding keeping of deposit, the cellular phone can be used to solve the problems. |
