PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of data input by making employees number stored in the existing data as keys, directly acquiring related data from database and automatically inserting it into the corresponding items on a form circulated by workflow. SOLUTION: This workflow system is equipped with a workflow server 100 which flows a form to a person in charge of processing in a previously specified order, database 117 which sets employee number as a key, links multiple data such as name of employee, affiliation, title and so on and stores them, and a client terminal 130 which acquires a form data definition table 107 from the workflow server 100 and activates a workflow applet 132 which sets whether 'ON' or 'OFF' on items of database alignment 107e to acquire data relating to employee number 'KEY' stored on the database 117 in accordance with users' operation. |
