PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the capability of advertisement deteriorating, despite high cost required for installing the large-size devices, having display functions that can vary the contents of advertisements to notify these contents to the public and also cost reduction effect is lowered, due to high advertisement billings for the devices having the display functions. SOLUTION: Plural devices, having display functions for varying the display contents, are installed for notifying the contents of advertisements to the public, and the data on characters, illustrations, animations, images, voices, etc., are inputted via a computer, etc. Under such conditions, each owner of the device, having display function leases his advertisement spaces to other one or more private individuals, corporations or groups for a fixed time for listing the data on advertisements, guidance, articles, etc. Thus, the installation cost of the devices having display functions is reduced, and the advertisement billings of lease are also reduced. |
