PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic settlement and an electronic dealing method that simplifies settlement procedures and at the same time enables to cancel a contrast freely at the stage of interim order. SOLUTION: Settlement procedures can be simplified since a settlement between a completed goods sales site 1 and a parts sales site 1 is conducted in the process of a sales contract. The parts sales site 3 can cancel a contract with the completed goods sales site 2 freely at the stage of interim order since the interim order from the completed goods sales site 2 to the parts sales site 3 is made to change to a formal order after confirmation of payment to a settlement agency 4 for the cost of a completed goods by a customer 1. In addition, the risk on the side of the parts sales site 3 can be reduced since the formal order from the completed goods sales site 2 to the parts sales site 3 is placed at the same time with the payment from the settlement agency 4 to the parts sales site 3. |
