SOLUTION: A reception managing host 3 is provided with a type information data base 31B storing type information inputted at a buying side and a center stock information data base 31E storing center stock information inputted by a physical distribution center. When a control processing part 30 receives an ordering instruction for instructing the ordering of the commodity, center stock information stored in the center stock information data base 31E is retrieved, the stock of the physical distribution center is confirmed and it is discriminated whether the commodity whose ordering is instructed is preserved in the physical distribution center or not. The control processing part 30 sends a shipping instruction for instructing the shipping of the commodity to the physical distribution center and generates ordering information for ordering the commodity to the buying side. The reception managing host 3 is provided with a delivery period information data base 31C storing delivery information inputted at the buying side and a buying side stock information data base 31D storing buying side stock information.
