SOLUTION: The system comprises image pickup devices 500-1-500-n and a server 100 connected to a communication network 300. Each image pickup device 500 acquires information including information denoting the position of a concerned image pickup device 500 at least at image pickup and transmits the information to the server 100. The server 100 collects the received information and distributes the collected information in cross-reference with map information.
