PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable, and a manufacturing method of the same to reduce a disposing pitch between linear conductors, while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: For this flat cable, enamel wires 15a and ordinary wires 15b arranged alternately with each other, are used as a linear conductor 15, and both insulation films 11, 13 are made to adhere each other by a thin adhesive layer put on both insulation films 11, 13, made of resin fusible by heat with a thickness between 1μm and 3μm, and welded each other by ultrasonic welding.
