PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control switches in each power supplied unit without communication lines between a service office of a power company and the power supplied units in a loop distributing circuit. SOLUTION: The loop distributing circuit connects a loop power line L coupling a trunk F1 and a spare line F2 in a distributing system with the power supplied units U1-U3. In the loop distributing circuit, the power supplied units U1-U3 individually provide: accident zone determining devices R1-R3 inputting outputs from the first and the second accident detectors D11-D13 and D21-D23 in themselves and from accident detectors in neighbor power supplied units, and determining accident zones; and switch controllers C1-C3 isolating accident zones from sound zones based on the determination by the accident zone determining devices, controlling the switches in themselves to accept restart of transmitting power to the sound zones.
