PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting clip for electrical boards and a connecting apparatus for the electrical board for positioning the relative positions of electrical boards easily and making the apparatus small while the connected state between the electrical boards can be ensured in a simple constitution with a small number of parts. SOLUTION: In the connecting chip 1 for connecting the electrical boards 2 and 3 electrically, a pair of fitting faces put in contact under applied pressure for fitting the respective electrical contacts 2a and 3a mutually in the electrical boards and a spring part 1a for generating the presence are provided.
