PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of accurately determining the center even if a seal impression has a chip or a blur, and processing at high speed. SOLUTION: Scanning on the seal impression is executed by plural parallel straight lines, and a center group between optional two intersection points selected from the intersection points between the lines and the seal impression, and straight lines connecting optional two points in the center group are determined as a first straight line group. Then, scanning is executed by plural parallel straight lines having a different inclination, and the center group between optional two intersection points selected from the intersection points between the lines and the seal impression, and straight lines connecting optional two points in the center group are determined as a second straight line group. All the positions of intersection points between the first straight line group and the second straight line group are determined, and the intersection point position having the number of the intersection points equal to or more than a prescribed value from among the intersection points on the same positions is determined as the center of the seal impression. |
