SOLUTION: An infiltrating objects discharging part 38 which has a plurality of openings 39 heated for an upper side on one wall surface of a suction path 34 sending outside air taking from a suction port 33 to a cooling fan 28 and a sloping wall 37 sloping downward of the other corresponding wall surface to the wall are provided for a structure. With this arrangement, infiltrations like water intruding into the suction path 34 can be discharged to the outside.
