PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging unit for which different sensitivity can be set for each light-receiving element. SOLUTION: When a read pulse from a 2nd-phase power supply 2c and a 3rd-phase power supply 3a is applied to the CCD(charge coupled device) image sensor of an AND-type in first timing, stored electric charges are outputted to a vertical transfer CCD 7a from PD(photodiodes) 8b, 8d connected to 2nd- phase electrodes 5b, 5d and 3rd-phase electrodes 6b, 6d.
