PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work burden required for maintaining or updating map information and to provide a visual effect that a user can utilize the information while enjoying it. SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional(3D) image converter 1, 3D image data are generated by photographing the same area from different places and performing stereo processing concerning two aerial photographs of explicit physical positions. In a 3D image browser, when a specified viewpoint position is received from the user, a 3D stereoscopic image watched from that viewpoint position is prepared from the 3D image data and presented to the user, and when the presentation of related information at a specified position is instructed to the user and a correspondent landmark exists while referring to a landmark position database 2, a language expression related to that land mark is dispatched to a search engine. Then, link information provided as a retrieved result is presented to the user.
