PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of operating voltage of input signals in a wide area. SOLUTION: An N-type differential amplifier comprised of a differential pair of NMOS transistors 113 and 114 to which a differential input signal is input from a gate with an active load by PMOS transistors 111 and 112 as a load is connected to a P-type differential amplifier comprised of PMOS transistors 118 and 119 to which a differential signal is input from the gate with an active load by NMOS transistors 116 and 117 as a load by means of common input terminals 101 and 102 and output terminal 103.
