PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system low in cost and high in processing speed, and to prode its method and a computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: In this information processing system equipped with each company processing system 10 and an operation center 60, each company processing system 10 stores inputted data in various databases, and stores first processed data obtained by operating first processing to the data stored in the databases in a link data base 41, and the operation center 60 stores second processed data obtained by operating second processing whose processing quantity is smaller than that of the first processing to the first processed data supplied from the link database 41.
