PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen design changing device for a network terminal which enables users to use a customized screen in common even when multiple personal computers and information portable terminals are used. SOLUTION: This screen design changing device for the network terminals is equipped with a screen managing means 20 which stores a screen design for display on the network terminal 10 together with user identification information on the network terminal 10 and a screen changing means 22 which changes the screen design corresponding to the user identification information on the terminal 10 according to an instruction from the network terminal 10.
