Terminal extracting tool which can extract a male type terminal in a female type connector easily and securely is provided. How to be solved A terminal extracting tool comprises a beam member 5 provided at a front end thereof with a lock release pin 7 to abut on a flexible locking piece 31, a holder 9 receiving the beam member 5 slidably and freely and a elastic member 10 provided in the holder 9 in compressed condition to energize the beam member 5 rearwardly. The front end of the lock release pin 7 is placed behind a front end surface of the holder 9. The beam member 5 comprises juxtapositionaly at least two members 5a, 5b to slide independently of each other. Each of two members 5a, 5b is energized rearwardly by respective elastic member 10. The beam member 5 is provided at a rear area with a grip 2 divided for each member.
