<p>The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for grinding and dosing coffee beans into a container, especially a plunger. In a first aspect, the invention relates to an apparatus for grinding coffee beans, which apparatus comprises: a grinder having a first opening for receiving the coffee beans and a second opening for draining the ground beans into a container, a reservoir for containing the coffee beans and having an outlet connected to said first opening of the grinder, a dosing device for dosing predetermined amounts of ground coffee beans from the grinder and into said container, a housing surrounding at least the grinder and the dosing device, and a locking device for locking said reservoir to said housing.</p> |
