The Customer being the actual user and the participating Corporate primarily interact with the online CRM management system via the Web Page. A method of Internet based customer feedback management system comprising the basic steps of (1) Triggering an e-mail alert to the corporate if a delay in response to the customers email. (2) Triggering an e-mail alert to customer on the corporates' reply.
