<p>Disclosed is a traffic light that will increase the visibility of traffic signals. The traffic light include a housing secured to a base plate, a PCB integrated in the housing with a plurality of LED's, a lens plate attached to the PCB, and a light shield attached to the front of the lens plate. Light emitted from the red, yellow or green LED's is emitted to the outside unimpeded because the cover is transparent, not tinted. The visibility of the traffic signals is improved and incidental light from the outside is effectively shut out.</p> |
