A first conductive track structure is formed by at least a first and a second conductor sections (31,32) which extend in a meandering course. The frequency spacing between the first of the basic mode and the second resonance frequency is adjustable by changing the frequency spacing. The second resonance frequency is that of the first harmonic of the basic mode. The substrate (1) is mostly of rectangular shape, with the two conductor sections, forming the first conductive track structure located on first front face of the substrate.
