A melt-moldable thermoplastic norbornene resin composition characterized by being obtained by compounding (A) a base polymer comprising a thermoplastic norbornene resin with (B) an olefin compound having a number-average molecular weight of 200 to 10,000 and a softening point of 70 to 170 DEG C; and a molded article or optical film obtained by melt-molding or extrusion-molding the thermoplastic norbornene resin composition.
