The walls (W) of the room are each made of two room-height elements (3) whose vertical endfaces (9) have inside and outside cells which with the floorplate (1) or room frame define cavities (10) in their connecting profiles (8). The profiles are screwed to the wall element covers (4,5) and their cavities (10) packed with heat-insulating material. The flat or angular profiles used have cranked stiffening edges along their sides and the wall elements (3) are holed at all corners so the profiles are fixed here with press-studs, nuts etc passed through the appropriately spaced profile holes. The wall element covers (4,5) overlap insulation where they join the profiles to give edges for the nuts. The rooms have weatherproof roof coverings.
