A system that receives information about distribution order acceptance requirement from a physical distributor and receives information about distribution order requirement from a shipper, and automatically matches the transaction partners with each other according to the received information wherein information about specific consignment procedure of delivery of a cargo from the shipper to the physical distributor is received from the shipper and stored in correlation with the shipper in a predetermined consignment procedure storage, and disclosed to the physical distributor.
