A warmth retaining fiber structure, characterized in that it is a laminate comprising a fabric layer capable of controlling the dissipation of moisture and heat and a fabric layer capable of undergoing exothermic adsorption of water molecules, wherein the fabric layer capable of controlling the dissipation of moisture and heat has a moisture permeability in the range of 3,000 to 12,000 g/m2 . 24hr, and the fabric layer capable of undergoing exothermic adsorption of water molecules exhibits an exothermic energy index of 5 or more and a contact warm-cold sensitivity (q max) of 0.1 W/cm2 or less. The warmth retaining fiber structure can be used for manufacturing articles of clothing utilizing exothermic adsorption of water molecules which exhibits high warmth retaining effect.
|
