The cordless measurement detector unit has a force input part and a force output part. A deformable body lies between the input and output parts. Expansion measurement strips are arranged on the deformable body, the strips being powered by a supply voltage. The determined measurement values are transmitted to at least one receiver station (3) via a wireless transmitter. The transmitter and power conversion elements for the supply voltage are integrated in the measurement detector unit.
