<p>A skin cleansing composition comprising: from about 0.1 to about 5 percent by weight of at least one anti-acne active ingredient; from about 1 to about 25 percent by weight of at least one alcohol; from about 0.1 to about 15 percent by weight of at least one solubilizer; and water is disclosed. The composition is stable and dries quickly, but does not make the skin feel dry after use.</p> |
