<p>In a terminal installation (1), a control unit (3) is connected to a router (2) between ATM access networks (RA1-RAM) and mainly individual installations (4) of terminals (7) and shared terminals (13). The control unit manages identification of the terminals and routing addresses to route communications from and to terminals. The display of functions provided by each terminal to the others and the location of each terminal in the installation are managed in the form of a directory enabling to establish a list of terminals having a common function requested depending on access rights by a requesting terminal.</p> |
