摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production technique of sintered ore by which the excellent quality can be maintained while securing the high productivity and the high yield though a large quantity of high crystallized water-containing ore is used. SOLUTION: The high crystallized water-containing ore 10 having >=4% crystallized water is used at >=25% blending ratio, and the high crystallized water-containing ores of two or more kinds or two or more brands are classified into two or more grain size divisions, and a suitable pre-treatment is selected based on one or more kinds among water-absorbability, water retentivity and wettability of each classified part ore. Or, the above each ore is classified into two or more without crushing and separated into plural groups based on the above physical property levels and compared with the physical property levels of each grain size division of usual ore and two or more groups are selected and one or more kinds of the following treatments are applied; (a): The ore is stirred and mixed with added moisture by using a high speed stirring mixer 15. (b): The ore is blended with other raw materials by using a bedding method 2. (c): After crushing, the grain size thereof is made to fine grain, or further, the pulverized fine portion is classified, but the fine grain portion in the initial classification is untreated as it is, and it is unnecessary to perform pre-treatment.
