PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free polyethylene resin composition used replacing a flexible polyvinyl resin having a good processability, heat resistance, thermal stability, and a low dielectric constant. SOLUTION: The polyethylene crosslinking composition comprises a polymer consisting of (A) 65-99 wt.% of polyethylene and (B) 1-35 wt.% of 1,2- polybutadiene having a 1, 2-bonding structure of 70% or more and a crystallinity of 5-40%, and (C) an organic peroxide.
