<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of converting the cross sectional shape of luminous flux from a round shape to a slender shape without causing anisotropy in a projection magnification, and giving a directional difference to condensed light NA. SOLUTION: A conical beam L1 emitted from the end face of an optical fiber 2 is made parallel beams L2 by a collimator 10, and then divided into three partial beams L21 to L23 by reflection surfaces M11 to M13 provided on a 1st optical device M1. The partial beams L21 to L23 reflected on the reflection surfaces M11 to M13 are made incident on the corresponding reflection surfaces M21 to M23 of a 2nd optical device M2, reflected on the reflection surfaces M21 to M23 and arrayed in a line in an x-axis direction. The partial beams L21 to L23 are condensed by a condensing optical system 11 and an optical fiber end face image is formed on a work W.</p> |
