SCHOLARSHIP SYSTEM IN NET WORK LEARNING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catechetical method, a catechetical system, an educational information controlling device and a recording medium by which an answer to a problem is actively made when information is owned in common between plural trainees by using a telecommunication net work such as internet and the question and the answer to the question are mutually performed. SOLUTION: A first trainee asks a question, a second trainee answers to the question and the first asked trainee judges effectiveness of the answer. Based on the judging result, monetary value such as increase of the scholarship or reduction of tuition fee is given to the answered second trainee.
