<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shelf equipment to give priority to supplementation of articles to a picking shelf. SOLUTION: The shelf equipment comprises a plurality of containing parts 17 for storage to contain a pallet 14 to hold an article 5, a containing shelf 11 having a plurality of containing parts 16 to contain the articles 5 on the pallet 14 in a state to carry out the articles from one side, and a stacker crane 13 to effect conveyance of the pallet 14 between the containing part 17 for storage of a containing shelf 11, a containing part 16 fore carry-out, and a carry in and out port. When the empty pallet 14 at the containing part 16 for carry-out occurs, when a demand for conveyance of the pallet 14 to hold the article 5 to the containing part 16 for carry-out is present, the pallet 14 to hold the article 5 is conveyed prior to conveyance of the empty pallet 14. This constitution, since the pallet 14 to hold the article 5 is preferentially conveyed, enables prevention of a delay of a timing at which the article 5 is supplemented to the picking shelf 3.</p> |
