摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctively control a load to be applied to a sleeve of a synchromesh mechanism in a synchromesh transmission. SOLUTION: A transmission is provided with an input shaft 51 having a counter gear 52 and to be rotated by the input from a driving source, an output shaft 53 having an idle gear 61 engaged with the counter gear and for transmitting the output to wheels, a synchromesh mechanism including a sleeve 56 fitted impossible to be relatively rotated in relation to the output shaft and possible to be moved in the axial direction and for selecting the predetermined speed stage with the synchronous engagement of the sleeve with the idle gear, a shift actuator 10 for driving the sleeve on the basis of the shift operation. A control device has a rotation change rate detecting means 20 for detecting the rotation change rate of the input shaft 51 when synchronously engaging the sleeve 56 with the idle gear 61 and a control means 25 for controlling the operation of the shift actuator 10 on the basis of a command from the rotation change rate detecting means.
