PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device assuring an enhanced productivity in assembling motors and equipped with an enhanced rotating performance. SOLUTION: The electric power steering device 10 includes a motor 30 furnishing with a brush holder 38 to hold a brush 37 which is pressed to a commutator 36 installed at the end face of a rotor 33 in the axial direction of the rotor 33, wherein the brush holder 38 is equipped with a location part 42 for a magnet 32.
