PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device of an agricultural working machine capable of steering and operating a machine body at a different turning mode by a simple and light operation. SOLUTION: When a steering lever 47 is rocked and operated from a neutral position n, a steering control means 49 operates an electric motor 60 and an electric motor 70 based on an information from a sensor 48. A steering direction- control valve V1 is switched and operated by the electric motor 60 and one of side clutches 20L, 20R is operated to a clutch disconnection side. A variable relief valve V4 is operated to a high pressure side by the electric motor 70 to connect a clutch SC and a traveling device at a turning inner side is driven for deceleration. When the steering lever 47 is further rocked and operated to the direction, the steering control means 49 operates the electric motor 70 based on the information from the sensor 48. A turning mode selection valve V2 is switched and operated to a braking side by the electric motor 70 to operate a braking mechanism B to a connection side and the traveling device at a turning inner side is braked.
