PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible container which can reduce a financial load for a facility, and which is excellent in productivity and inexpensive to manufacture and also provide a manufacturing method of the container, and a highly viscous liquid filling body. SOLUTION: The flexible container includes a cylindrical member 10 made of a flexible film, a base plate member 12 which is fitted inside a first end of the cylindrical member 10 and airtightly welded and which is more rigid than the flexible film, and a ring member 11 which is fitted inside a second end of the cylindrical member 10 and airtightly welded and which is more rigid than the flexible film.
