PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having the following features: it is excellent in foaming property, amount of foam and foam sustainability; the texture of foam is fine and creamy, and the cosmetic gives excellent feeling after applied on the hair and dried; and further, since no propellant is used, the cosmetic is free from problems regarding safety and the environment. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic is prepared by filling a composition containing (A) polypropylene glycol or polyoxypropylene ether and (B) a polyether-modified silicone or an amino-modified silicone into a non-aerosol type foam-ejection container.
