PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle, capable of obtaining heating performance even upon heating operation under a condition that a refrigerant in a heating cycle is reduced, and reduced in the cost of the same. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle is so constituted as to conduct refrigerator to flow through a compressor 1, a four-way valve 20, an inside heat exchanger 4, a constant pressure difference valve 23, an orifice 24, a water heat exchanger 26 and an accumulator 5. According to this constitution, an outside heat exchanger 2 is connected to the pipeline of the suction side accumulator 5 of the compressor 1 upon the heating operation whereby the refrigerant, reserved in the outside heat exchanger 2, is sucked and recovered into the accumulator 5 even under a condition that the refrigerant is concentrated into the outside heat exchanger 2 in an extremely cold season and is reduced in the cycle of heating since the outside heat exchanger 2 is connected to the pipeline of the accumulator 5 at the suction side of the compressor whereby the heating performance can be obtained. On the other hand, a control device is constituted of only one set of the four-way valve 20 whereby the cost of the refrigerating cycle can be reduced.
