PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a washing device even when a power supply is stored in an external cover and increase the maintainability of electrical parts. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl washing device powered by a dry battery comprises a control circuit for driving a valve drive part based on an electric signal from a detection means and a valve for discharging water by the operation based on the valve drive part. A dry battery case storing the dry battery and a controller case storing the control circuit are fixedly opposed to each other through a stay having a vertical surface part and a generally horizontal surface part installed on a valve body part. Thus, the minimization of layout of the equipment inside the external cover can be promoted.
