The insert element (1) has an outer (3) and an inner (2) thread. The outer thread has notches (8) or projections on radially outer points its outer thread flanks (7) in axially parallel rows (9). An anchoring part (6) is fixed to the end face (4) of the insert element to secure it. Preferably, the anchoring part is a pressure-sensitive adhesive seal of paper or film.
