PURPOSE: A garlic seeding machine is provided to enable a farmer to easily seed garlic at an accurate portion, and to improve the effectiveness of seeding work by stopping seeding work at the same time with the stoppage of movement thereof. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft(4) is rotated by using the rotating force of a rotor(3), plural sprockets(5) are arranged on the driving shaft at regular distances, a first shaft(7) provided with plural first guide disks(6) spaced at regular distances is installed in the upper part of a hopper(8), a second shaft(10) installed with plural spaced second guide disks(9) is installed out of the hopper, an elastic opening/closing plate(11) is installed at an exit(8a) formed in the hopper, the first guide disks, and the second guide disks, and plural plow-share members(14) and a soil recovering member(15) are provided.
