PURPOSE: Provided is composition for external application characteristically containing microclustered water of which interfacial tension is 65 dyne/cm or less and half amplitude is 70Hzor less. CONSTITUTION: The composition for external application characteristically comprises 0.01-99.5 wt.%, preferably 0.1-90.0 wt.% of microclustered water and has skin moisturizing or skin cell activating effect. It can be applied to cosmetics including nutriment cream, lotion, massage cream, mask pack, gel and the like, and medicines including ointment, gel, cream, patch, spray, lotion and the like.
