PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen contained gas producing apparatus capable of purifying NOx at high efficiency even on a low exhaust emission temperature condition as much as 200 deg.C or lower without loading an NOx reducer storage tank or the like to lower fuel consumpsion, and an exhaust emission control system using it. SOLUTION: In this hydrogen gas contained gas producing apparatus, hydrogen contained gas used in exhaust emission control for an internal combustion engine is on-board manufactured. The apparatus is provided with a fuel supply source, a carrier gas supply source, a fuel gasifying means and a reforming part for reforming reaction gas. |
