PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel provided with an air bag device capable of largely opening a door part of pad even if a switch operation part is arranged at a lower position of the door part of pad in the opened state. SOLUTION: The air bag device 10 provided with an air bag 11 expandably folded; and a pad 14 covering the folded air bag is arranged on an upper part of a boss part B of the steering wheel W1. The pad 14 is provided with a door part 26 urged and opened by the air bag expanded. A switch operation part 67 is arranged at a lower position of the door part 26 in the opened state. The switch operation part 67 is disposed at a non-restriction area which does not restrict an open-completion state of the door part 26 against the door part 26 at the time of completion of opening.
