PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmitting device capable of efficiently restricting unevenness of the rotation with the simple structure. SOLUTION: This drive transmitting device is provided with a first and a second gears to be engaged with each other for rotation so as to transmit the rotary driving force. The first gear and the second gear are engaged with each other without widening a center distance, and back rush is always secured by adjusting the tooth thickness. A tip of each tooth of the first gear has a tooth thickness possible to be brought in contact with the deepest part between the teeth pinching the first tooth, or the tooth of the first gear are formed so as to be brought in contact with the only one tooth of the second gear.
