PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of impact bubbles in a color liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A color filter is formed on a substrate and is covered with a smoothing film, and a transparent conductive film is formed on the smoothing film, and it is patterned to form a transparent electrode, and then the substrate is dried under a low pressure before being stuck on a counter substrate. It is dried at a temperature from the normal temperature to 100 deg.C while keeping pressure of <= 50 Pa. |
