PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusible sheet having a light diffusing layer having sufficient image definition with which white unsharpness caused by surface dispersion is hardly seen by suppressing the glaring phenomenon of a screen while maintaining an antidazzle characteristic, and to provide an optical element provided with the light diffusible sheet. SOLUTION: In the light diffusible sheet formed with the light diffusing layer consisting of a resin film layer having a fine rugged shape at least on one side surface of a transparent substrate, the haze value of the light diffusible sheet is 40% or more, and the image definition measured with an optical comb having 0.5 mm width in JIS K7105 is 35 or more. |
