PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule manufacturing method and device in which fluidizing characteristic of a fusion molding material is uniformized, with a flow passage before flowing into a cavity reduced, and in which the product is always obtained with high dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: In a mold clamping state, fused molding material is first pressurized and flowed toward a movable mold 11 through a sprue 7, a manifold 8 and a nozzle 9. In this case, the fused molding material is heated by a coil heater 10 and maintained at a molding temperature, i.e., about 150-220 deg.C. In this state, the fused molding material is press-injected into each cavity 15 through a runner 12 and a gate, and a ferrule injection-molded.
